When you purchase from Masquerade Magic you have a statutory right to a 14 day 'cooling off' period from the date of delivery .During these seven days please contact us for details on how to return the item for a full refund of the goods minus the postage, unless the item was faulty.
The item must be returned to us safely by the customer, in the same condition as it was delivered  , as new
No credit or refund will be given for any goods returned showing signs of wear or misuse

Any damage to goods during shipping must be reported to us within 72 hours and a replacement will be issued wherever possible
