When you purchase from aMasquerade Magic you have a statutory right to a 7 day 'cooling off' period from the delivery date.During this time you may return the goods to us for any reason for a full refund (excluding postage)

The item must be returned to us safely within 7 days in the same condition as it was delivered to you , unused, unmarked and unworn etc.

No credit or refund will be given for any goods returned showing signs of wear or misuse

Any damage to goods during shipping must be reported to us within 72 hours and a replacement will be issued wherever possible
