Masquerade Magic aim to process and post all orders`within 24 hours (with the exception of weekends) via either a 24 hour guaranteed service or at a cost of £6.95 or UK 1st class signed for. For guaranteed next day delivery please place your orders by 1.30pm. If you are ordering on Friday and require your mask/masks for saturday you must select "saturday delivery" NOT next day because we can not guarantee your order will get to you for saturday.Royal mail do not priorities "friday" next day deliveries for saturday.

second class recorded free delivery will take 4 to 8 days for delivery
Orders received after 1.30pm on a Thursday will arrive on Monday unless guaranteed Saturday delivery is chosen, as royal mail will only deliver those on a Saturday. Therefor if you need your mask for the weekend but have missed Thursday's 1.30pm deadline please choose the guaranteed Saturdays option or you will not receive your parcel in time. The price of this service is £8.95, again orders need to be placed by 1.30pm Friday.
If you have less than a week until your function please do not choose 1st class signed for as this can be very slow and postage will not be refunded if the order fails to turn up in time.

My mask arrived faulty
If your mask arrives faulty or you wish to return for any reason please contact us via email and we will send another mask to you.

IMPORTANT
we will not refund any mask if the plastic seal round the eye of the mask is missing / broken or tampered with.
This is due to a small amount of our customers using our masks then requesting a full refund.
If you like two masks or more, but can't decide the best for you, please contact us.
We do not refund customers who have ordered two or more masks knowing you will be returning one of them, Customers must contact and arrange something with us before ordering.
